Asnath Hossain is a Barrister from The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, UK. She finished her Bar Professional Training Course from Northumbria University, Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK after successfully completing her LL. B (Hons) from the University of the West of England, Bristol, UK. She has joined FMA as an associate Lawyer in 2022 and in a short period of time has showcased her enthusiasm and interest in matters relating to employment and corporate law. Since then she has joined her assisted department in helping clients a number of business setup works including getting employment Visa, work permits for foreign expatriates and many other related formalities also assisting in incorporating both local and foreign companies. At FM Associate she complied with the corporate legal advisory including vetting, providing legal opinion and obtaining online filing with BIDA, RJSC, filling all related forms etc. 

She wishes to pursue her career in both Civil and Criminal litigation matters in particular for domestic violence, dual nationality, forgery and property related matters
