Md. Abdullah Al Nahian

Mr. Nahian, practicing for several years in various legal sectors. He has completed his LL.B (Hons) from North South University and was awarded “Cum Laude” at the 22nd Convocation for his remarkable academic performance. Thereafter, he pursued Specialized LL.M in International Commercial Law, from North South University. He has completed his training and become Associate Arbitrator in ADR-ODR International, UK. 

Before joining FMA, Mr. Nahian did his mini-pupillage at a firm in the Dhaka Judge Court, where he had the opportunity to learn about both Civil and Criminal litigation which allowed him to form a practical understanding of the functions and different procedures of each system. He also worked in a renowned Law Firm where he practiced Land related legal issues. He also worked as a Legal Compliance Officer in a renowned Company where he handled all legal compliance matters of the Company and supervised all legal issues and was a decision-maker on any critical issues. 

He joined FM Associates in 2022 and within a short period of time has started working on Criminal and Civil Litigation, also various fields of Corporate Practices including Labour Law and Employment Law, Agreement, Pleadings, Legal opinion , Due diligence, Land related issues and so on.  

Mr. Nahian dream is to become one of the renowned Lawyer in the field of Litigation.
